Sean-Michael Berrellez is currently a Service Desk Engineer at Omega Systems, a position held since March 2022, following the acquisition of ACE IT Solutions where Sean-Michael served as a System Engineer from October 2021 to March 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Tech Apprentice at Intelligent Technical Solutions from September 2018 to October 2021, as well as experience in customer service as a Bartender at Islands Restaurants from May 2008 to September 2018 and as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Chapman Insurance (now Gallagher) from October 2010 to October 2012. Sean-Michael's educational background includes studies at Pasadena City College from 2015 to 2017.
