Craig Swinhoe's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Omega Plastics since April 2019, where they brought a different skill set to the group and oversaw business transformation. Craig previously worked as a Management Consultant for Omega Plastics Group and other companies from December 2018 to April 2019. Before that, Swinhoe was the Managing Director of Quantum Pharma, leading strategic and operational responsibilities for the group. Craig also held various roles at Quantum Pharma, including Group Strategic Projects Director and Company Secretary, Group Corporate Affairs Director and Company Secretary, and Group Legal and Projects Director and Company Secretary. Swinhoe started their career as a Corporate Finance Partner at Muckle LLP and a Corporate Finance Associate at Ward Hadaway. Craig began their professional journey as a Ledger Clerk at Barclays.

Craig Swinhoe attended Newcastle University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. Craig then pursued further education at Northumbria University from 1997 to 1998, completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
