Katherine L. Castillero has extensive experience in human resources and education. Since February 2014, Katherine has been with OMC Group, serving as an Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección and previously as Asistente de Recursos Humanos, where responsibilities included administrative assistance to management, recruitment and selection of personnel, organizational development, training, and onboarding. Prior to this role, Katherine worked as a Bilingüe Recepcionista at Escuela Latinoamericana from March 2013 to December 2013 and also served as a Profesora de C. Naturales. Katherine holds a degree in Biology with a focus on Microbiology and Parasitology from Universidad de Panamá (2009-2015) and a Bachiller en Ciencias from Instituto Fermín Naudeau.
