Mohammed Al-Riyami, CIPD, is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades of expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and customer care. Currently serving as the General Manager of Talent Management at Omantel since May 2012, Mohammed leads initiatives in talent acquisition, people development, performance management, and succession planning to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Mohammed held various positions, including General Manager of Customer Care and Senior Manager of Workforce Planning & Recruitment at Omantel, as well as Head of Human Capital at PwC and Assistant Manager of HR at Al Maha Petroleum. Mohammed's educational background includes a BSc in Management with a focus on HR from Sultan Qaboos University and a Diploma in HRM from CIPD.
