Dr. Ghalib Alhosni is the Chief People Officer at Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) since August 2009, overseeing strategic human resources functions including workforce development, employee engagement, and change management. Previously, Dr. Alhosni served as Vice President of Human Resources and HR Planning & Development Director at Omantel, focusing on HR strategies, manpower planning, and performance management. Dr. Alhosni began their career at Omantel as an Assistant Manager in HR Manpower Planning and holds a Doctorate in Management from Webster University, a Master's in Human Resource Development and MPA from Indiana State University, and a Bachelor's in Management with a concentration in HR from Seattle Pacific University.
