Narjis Al Lawati currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Oman Arab Bank since July 2018 and has taken on a similar role at Oman Investment Bank starting May 2024. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Business Risk and Planning at Standard Chartered Bank from 2014 to 2016 and holding multiple positions at bank muscat from 2003 to April 2014, including Head of Operational Risk and Deputy Head of Operational Risk. Narjis has an extensive educational background, holding a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, certifications in Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk Management, a Master's degree in International Economics, Banking and Finance from Cardiff University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Sultan Qaboos University.
