Spencer Cross is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management for Platform & AI at Omada Health, Spencer oversees business services that support core member programs, including billing, integrations, and marketing. Prior to this, Spencer held notable roles at Change Healthcare, focusing on digital consumer engagement solutions, and at TetraScience, where collaboration with scientific equipment manufacturers was key. Earlier experience includes managing the application roadmap for Epic's Obstetrics product. Spencer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Boston College.
