Rachel Sakai is an accomplished design professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Design at Omada Health since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Daylight from May 2015 to September 2022 as a Senior User Experience Designer, focusing on user-centered design in an embedded team environment. Rachel has a diverse background as a self-employed designer, providing interaction design services from June 2014 to May 2015 and graphic design services from January 2010 to April 2014, working with various clients including government entities and international brands. Rachel's early career included positions at Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum as a Peter Krueger Intern and at Deckers Outdoor Corporation as a Graphic Designer for UGG Australia and Simple Shoes. Rachel holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Design: Visual Communication from the University of California, Davis.
