Marie Hairson is a seasoned health professional with a strong background in coaching and team leadership. Currently serving as the Health Coach Team Lead at Omada Health since January 2021, Marie oversees a team of coaches, facilitating weekly meetings focused on professional development and innovative coaching strategies. Marie's previous experience as a Digital Health Coach involved guiding participants through comprehensive online health programs, utilizing data science for impactful outreach. Additionally, Marie is a Youth Mental Health Advocate with Physiology First University and has extensive experience as a Master Certified Health Coach at Revival Health & Wellness, LLC, specializing in lifestyle changes for individuals with inflammatory diseases. Prior to health coaching, Marie held various editorial and production roles at Cadmus Communications and Media Two, Inc., building a strong foundation in communication and organizational skills. Educationally, Marie holds a BS in Mass Communications from Towson University and a Health Coach certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
