Phoenix Tianxu Yang is a Junior Architect at OMA since June 2023, with experience as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation from July 2021 to June 2023, focusing on Architectural Drawing & Representation courses. Previous roles include an Urban Design Intern at CBT Architects, contributing to various redevelopment master plans in Boston and Philadelphia, and an Architectural Design and Research Intern at URBANUS Architecture & Design, where design and modeling for major projects in Shenzhen, China were undertaken. Phoenix holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by a study abroad program at the Santa Reparata International School of Art. Early experience includes serving as a Digital Fabrication Lab Monitor at Washington University.
