Simon Milton serves as the Futurestars Charity Director, leading an educational sports program that benefits 4,000 underprivileged children weekly in Tema, Ghana, and Lomé, Togo. The initiative provides free coaching in various sports, along with essential equipment, resulting in increased school attendance and engagement. Additionally, Simon holds the position of CSR/Futurestars Director at OMA Group (West Africa) since July 2017. Prior to these roles, Simon was the Academy Sales Director at Ipswich Town FC for 30 years. Education includes study at Henry Compton School in Fulham and Staniforth School in Thetford, Norfolk.
