Richard Lamour, MD, is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon currently practicing at Olympia Orthopaedic Associates since August 2017. Prior roles include serving as a team physician for men's and women's basketball at Fresno State and as an assistant clinical instructor at UCSF Fresno Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dual-fellowship trained in Foot & Ankle Reconstructive Surgery and Sports Medicine/Arthroscopic Surgery, Richard has held positions at Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic Center, Desert Orthopaedic Center, and The Andrews Institute. Additional experience includes serving as an assistant team physician for the Auburn Tigers Football and the Cincinnati Reds AA Minor League team. Richard completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where significant mentorship was provided by prominent figures in sports medicine. Education credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University.
