Manuel Román is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Group FP&A at OLX since May 2017, Manuel oversees financial planning, reporting, and investor relations across all business units. Previously, Manuel held the role of CFO for OLX Motors Europe and was instrumental in maintaining the largest business unit within OLX Group, overseeing investments and initiatives such as the majority stake acquisition of Carsmile. With a solid background in M&A, venture capital, and finance from previous positions at Santander and UBS, alongside an MBA from INSEAD, Manuel combines analytical expertise with operational excellence to drive growth and profitability across various markets.
