Daltro Gama is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in software development and engineering, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at OLX Brasil since September 2016. Daltro has contributed significantly to various projects within OLX, including vital roles in the Ads Core team, Data Science, Search & Recommendation, and Content Discovery, showcasing expertise in full-stack development, machine learning, and backend architectures. Prior to OLX, Daltro worked as a software developer at Tecgraf/PUC-Rio and Petrobras, focusing on systems development and consulting, as well as teaching in the field of formal languages. Daltro holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
