Aléxia Balionis is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in web development, currently serving as Team Lead at OLX Brasil since July 2021, where significant contributions include leading a successful stack migration to Next.js. Previous roles include FrontEnd Engineer at Sanar, focusing on CMS application development, and Front End Engineer at iFood and Maplink, specializing in logistics solutions and UI creation. Aléxia began a career in QA engineering and test automation, utilizing tools such as Selenium and Robot Framework, and has foundational experience in Java application development at IBM.
