Lael Cheung currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Olon since October 2023. Previously, Lael held the position of Associate Director of Business Development for GMP Services at TriLink BioTechnologies, where significant contributions included onboarding mRNA development projects and receiving the 2022 Rookie of the Year Award in Sales. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Development Manager at Bachem, focusing on therapeutic applications of peptides and oligonucleotides, and a lengthy tenure at LI-COR Biosciences, progressing from Chemist to Market Innovation Senior Scientist. Earlier career highlights include work as an Associate Research Investigator at Bracco, specializing in molecular probes. Lael holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from UC Irvine, a BA in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Drug Product Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
