Michael Garner serves as the Lead Management Analyst and Continuous Improvement Facilitator Senior at Olmsted County Minnesota since June 2015. Additionally, Michael is the Founder and President of Momentum, a consulting firm established in March 2015, which specializes in continuous improvement, strategic planning, group facilitation, and workforce development. Prior to these roles, Michael held the position of Director of Operations at Cardinal of Minnesota, Ltd. from July 2002 to June 2015, where responsibilities included oversight of organizational improvement, strategic planning facilitation, and management of performance analytics. Michael's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Rochester Community and Technical College and further studies at the University of Minnesota between 2000 and 2002.
