Sunil Phabiani currently serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at OLLY PBC, focusing on Sales & Operations Planning, Sourcing, New Product Launch, Project Management, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution, and Customer Fulfillment since 2023. Prior to this, Sunil held the position of VP of NA Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Dole Sunshine Company from 2002 to 2022, overseeing various aspects of manufacturing and supply chain planning. Sunil's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Siemens from 1998 to 2002, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager to Director of Supply Chain Systems, and a role as Engineering Officer at National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd from 1994 to 1996. Sunil's educational background includes a Master's in Management from IIT Bombay, a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology, and additional certifications in Food Industry Management and Computer Software & Systems Analysis.
