John Barradell is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in public service and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Oliver Wyman and Chair of the National Emergencies Trust, Barradell also holds the position of Commissioner at the National Preparedness Commission. Previously, Barradell was the Town Clerk and Chief Executive for the City of London, and played a crucial role as Chair of the London COVID-19 Strategic Co-ordinating Group and the HM Government Grenfell Recovery Response Team. Barradell's earlier career includes executive positions at Brighton and Hove City Council and Westminster City Council, along with roles in the private sector at GSH and Unisys. Barradell holds a BA in Geography from UCL.
