Alison Yau is an aspiring consultant currently serving as an Incoming Summer 2025 Consulting Intern at Oliver Wyman. Yau has previously held the position of Project Lead at the Global Research and Consulting Group, working with clients such as Mayo Clinic and Doctors Without Borders. Experience includes internships in business development at Alva Creative House, research assistance at the Crime and Justice Policy Lab, and the Penn Program on Opinion Research and Election Studies. Participation in the BCG Advance women's leadership program and a role as a USAID Intern & International Leadership Foundation Fellow further emphasize commitment to professional development. Yau also interned with The Advocates for Human Rights, focusing on international justice issues, and worked as a Legal Assistant at Kalpin Shah Law. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The Wharton School, Yau demonstrates a strong background in research, consulting, and social justice.
