Nicole Girillo has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nicole started their career as a Marketing Communications Intern at Xylem Inc., where they worked closely with the Director of Watermark and engaged in various activities such as creating content, coordinating volunteer activities, and planning internal company events. Following this, they interned as a Public Relations Intern at Marc Fisher Footwear, where they gained experience in public relations.
In 2019, Nicole joined BlueTriton Brands as a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating projects within the company. Nicole then transitioned to the role of Social Media Coordinator and eventually became a Social Media Manager, managing 12 brand-owned social media accounts. Their responsibilities included content calendar creation, community management, managing influencer programs, analyzing social statistics, and identifying areas of opportunity for the brands.
In 2020, Nicole briefly worked as a Social Media Manager at Columbus Park Trattoria. Currently, they are working as a Social Content Community Manager at OLIVER Agency, starting in 2023.
Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated their skills in social media management, content creation, community engagement, project coordination, and data analysis.
Nicole Girillo attended the University of Delaware from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Communication. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications. In November 2021, Nicole completed the Social Media Marketing Certification Course at HubSpot Academy. Furthermore, in March 2021, they completed The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course offered by Google Digital Garage.
