Iris McQuillan-Grace (SPHR) serves as the Global Head of Employee Experience at OLIVER Agency, leading global talent management and development for a workforce of 5,000 across 46 countries. Previously, Iris held the position of Head of HR/Director of People and Culture at TSG Reporting, where responsibilities included overhauling the People function and designing a learning and development program to facilitate employee engagement. Prior roles include founding member at the co-lab, Senior Manager of Talent at the Center for Reproductive Rights, and Talent and Training Consultant at Rosé Mansion. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from The New School, a B.A. in Theater Studies from Emerson College, and an HR Management certification from Cornell University.
