Dayna Lauren Cabrera has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Dayna Lauren started their career at San Jose State University as an Event Planner from 2008 to 2012. Dayna Lauren then worked as a Marketing Event Coordinator at MOTIF® from 2012 to 2013.

In 2014, Dayna joined MAC Cosmetics as a Social Media Manager and Pro Makeup Artist, where they successfully managed the social media account and tone of the pro MAC Store San Francisco location. Dayna Lauren also served as a Third Key Manager and implemented an Instagram marketing strategy that increased clientele turnout for industry events and generated significant revenue. Dayna worked at MAC Cosmetics until January 2021.

Dayna Lauren Cabrera also founded their own Digital Design Studio called Dayna Lauren Digital Design Studio in 2020. Dayna Lauren worked as a Digital Marketing Strategist, managing social media and digital projects for clients such as Kayla Chew Enterprise, MAC Cosmetics, and Benitos Taco's.

In 2017, Dayna worked as a Social Media Content Analyst at Meta, where they gathered and analyzed data to improve the Facebook user experience. Dayna Lauren then moved on to work at Hattori Hanzo Shears as a Full Stack (UI/UX) Web Developer, developing a searchable front-end table in React.js. Dayna Lauren worked at Hattori Hanzo Shears until March 2020.

Currently, Dayna Lauren Cabrera is working at OLIVER Agency as the Associate Director of Social Content and Community for Unilever's U-Studio. Dayna Lauren manages a portfolio of 20 brands and leads the largest digital and social content and community department in the agency globally.

Dayna Lauren Cabrera pursued their higher education at San Jose State University from 2008 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In July 2019, they obtained a certification as a Full Stack Developer from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
