Amol Gangurde is an experienced beverage development professional and mixologist with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as City Mixologist at Olive Bar and Kitchen Private Limited since January 2023, Amol is responsible for beverage development across multiple locations, including Bandra, Goregaon, and Goa. Prior experience includes serving as Group Bar Manager at The Food Library by Jit, where Amol successfully oversaw six bar openings and the design of beverage and cocktail lists, and as a mixologist on The World, the largest private residential ship, where residents experienced unique destinations. Amol's career also includes key roles such as Head Bartender at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, Bartender at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and Room Service Server at Orchid Hotel. Amol holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Kohinoor College of Hotel Management, India.
