Victor Levin has an extensive background in purchasing and supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President at Olin since January 2008, following a tenure as Director of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. Prior to Olin, Victor held the position of Director of Global Materials Engineering and North American Purchasing at TRW Automotive from 1990 to 2007. Earlier in Victor's career, experience included an engineering role at the Institute of Solid State Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences from 1987 to 1988. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an M.S. in Physics of Metals from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS."
