Carol Dudley-Williams has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as a Board Member for both O-I and Olin since 2021 and 2015, respectively. Previously, Carol held the position of Board Chair at Owens Illinois from 2016 to 2021, and spent a considerable part of a distinguished career at Dow Chemical from 1980 to 2014, where roles included Executive Vice President of Operations and several senior vice president positions. Carol's expertise further extends to research and development as a former R&D Vice President at The Dow Chemical Company. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
