Joerg Dr. Knipping is a highly experienced engineering manager specializing in product and process development within the OLED lighting sector. Since November 2015, Joerg has served as Manager of Engineering at OLEDWorks GmbH in Aachen, overseeing the Engineering and Development team and focusing on innovative OLED-based lighting products. Previously, Joerg held managerial roles at Philips Lighting and Philips GmbH, where responsibilities included leading development engineers and project managers while managing cross-disciplinary teams through all stages of project management. Joerg's academic background includes a PhD in Engineering with a focus on nanoparticles from the University of Duisburg-Essen, complemented by a Master's degree in Chemistry.
