Brian Uhl is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at Ole Red Orlando since February 2020, Uhl previously held the position of Assistant General Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Manager at Jaleo Disney Springs with ThinkFoodGroup from September 2018 to January 2020, and Kitchen Manager at Chuy's Restaurants for a brief period in 2018. Uhl also worked at Chuy's Restaurants from August 2014 to May 2017 as Restaurant Manager, and at House of Blues Entertainment as Restaurant Manager from November 2012 to July 2014, along with earlier experience as a Server at House of Blues Entertainment from 2007 to 2012.
