Sherrie Adams is an experienced operations leader in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Regional Operations Performance Lead at Oldcastle APG since December 2021, where Sherrie developed an employee handbook to enhance engagement in personal development and training. Previously, at Kensington Glass Arts, Inc., Sherrie implemented a bilingual training program and 5S initiatives to foster workplace responsibility. During a lengthy tenure at Carlex Glass America, LLC, Sherrie held various roles, culminating in responsibilities as the Leader of People and Process Development, Plant Superintendent, Production Supervisor, and Production Inspector, focusing on employee training, process optimization, and operational excellence. Sherrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economic Management from Michigan State University.
