Art Martin is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology, business management, and education. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at BioSurfaces Inc. since 2018, Art oversees quality management, product development, and manufacturing operations. Additionally, Art contributes as a volunteer at Old Sturbridge Village, leading a dance group. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Clark University, where Art taught finance, and President & CEO of FloDesign, Inc., responsible for business development and program execution. As the Founder & President of Kardia Corporation and Source For Automation, Inc., Art demonstrated strong project management and engineering capabilities. Art's early career involved significant contributions as a Program/Technical Director at Foster-Miller and a Senior Design Engineer at Zymark Corporation. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Religious Studies from Boston College and a Bachelor’s in Robotics Engineering and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
