Rhonda Dobar has extensive experience in internal auditing, project management, and continuous improvement, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently a Senior Internal Auditor at Old Republic Title since March 2021, Rhonda previously served as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Florida Blue and held several positions, including Senior Information Technology Project Manager and Project Manager II, at The Adecco Group. Earlier in the career at First American Title, Rhonda managed accounting projects and was instrumental in upgrading systems such as Oracle R12, while also driving process improvements and managing audit functions. Rhonda began professional development in accounting as a Regional Staff Accountant at First American Title Insurance Company. Rhonda holds an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
