Kate Swan has over 15 years of experience in organizational development, training, and education. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Culture & Organizational Development at Old Republic Risk Management since November 2016, Kate is responsible for guiding the company's culture initiatives and training programs, focusing on learning, integrity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Previously, as the Training & Development Manager, Kate designed programs to maximize employee potential. Kate worked as the Human Development Manager at Neroli Salon & Spa, providing strategic guidance for educational goals, and held various roles at the Medical College of Wisconsin, including Pediatrics Medical Education Office Manager and CTSI Program Coordinator. Early career experience included a position as Senior Editor and Spotlight Director at the BeyeNETWORK. Kate holds a degree in Science with a focus on Educational Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
