Itumeleng is an Independent Non-Executive Director. He is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sphere Holdings Proprietary Limited, a midmarket investment company that invests primarily in the industrial services sectors. He serves on the Board of Directors of Telkom SA SOC Limited, and the Student Sponsorship Programme, and is a member of the Young Presidentsā€™ Organisation. Itumeleng has over 20 years of experience, having held positions with Hambros Bank Limited, Deutsche Bank AG London and Merrill Lynch (as defined in Annexe 18 to this Pre-listing Statement).
