Laimi Joseph currently serves as a Group Assurance Product Relationship Consultant at Old Mutual Namibia since May 2022, following a role as a Group Assurance Products Consultant Trainee. Additionally, Laimi has been involved with the Association of African Students in India as an Education Coordinator since February 2018. Previous experiences include positions as a Research and Evaluation Intern at NIPAM during 2022, an Advocacy Intern at the Namibia Chamber of Commerce & Industry from July to December 2020, and a Student's Care Coordinator at Symbiosis International Deemed University in India from March 2018 to March 2019. Laimi holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Namibia University of Science and Technology (2013-2016), along with a NSSC in Science from Negumbo S.S.S.
