Edmund Hetjies possesses extensive experience in IT and information security, currently serving as the Head of IT & Information Security at Old Mutual Namibia since January 2013. Prior roles include IT Manager: Information Security and IT Operations Manager at Old Mutual Namibia, Service Delivery Manager, and Principal Technology Specialist at Business Connexion from September 2009 to December 2012, as well as earlier positions including Senior Customer Engineer and Customer Engineer at Business Connexion and PQ Namibia, respectively. Edmund holds an Honours BSc in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of South Africa, a Management Development Program (MDP) from Stellenbosch University, and various technical qualifications, including HDipSA, MCSE, MCIP, and A+. Additionally, Edmund earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of South Africa.
