Joe Hughes is an experienced professional currently serving as an AAT Trainee Accountant at Old Mill since October 2014. Prior to entering the accounting field, Joe held various roles in the hospitality industry, including Head Chef at Thorverton Arms and Sous Chef at Clifton Hotels. Joe began a career in the food and beverage sector as Head Bartender at Agua Restaurant. Educationally, Joe pursued an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Avado between 2013 and 2015 and completed secondary education at Churston Ferrers Grammar School from 1994 to 1999.
