Ivan Burciaga has extensive experience in system engineering and technical support, currently serving as a System Engineer I at Old Dominion Freight Line since May 2013. In this role, Ivan is responsible for maintaining and updating system infrastructure while collaborating on design projects. Previously, Ivan held positions as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and Service Desk Analyst, providing round-the-clock support and managing user accounts. Ivan also has experience as a Forklift Operator and briefly worked as a Triage Analyst at InteliSecure, focusing on Data Loss Prevention. Ivan holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Technology from the Community College of Denver.
