Guoqiang Li, PTP, RSP1, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both transportation planning and youth soccer coaching. Currently serving as a Youth Soccer Coach at Intercontinental Football Academy since August 2024 and holding the position of Principal Transportation Planner at Old Colony Planning Council since May 2021, Guoqiang has also been active on the Board of Directors for the Sustainable Sharon Coalition since June 2022. Previous roles include Youth Soccer Coach at New England Futbol Club from August 2022 to June 2024, Sr. Transportation Planner at Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District from August 2013 to April 2021, and Sr. Transportation Planner for the City of Olathe from January 2005 to June 2013. Guoqiang earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from The University of Kansas and completed a short course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Modeling and Simulation of Transportation Networks, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Sun Yat-sen University in Economic Geography and Urban Planning.
