Paula Zusi currently serves on the Board of Directors for Olaplex Inc. and has been a Global Operations Advisor for Advent International since March 2015, where responsibilities include consulting on supply chain and operational capabilities for North American portfolio management. Previously, Paula held the role of EVP Chief Supply Chain Officer at Ann Taylor, overseeing a global supply chain for brands generating $2.5 billion in sales. Other notable positions include Corporate VP of Global Sourcing and Manufacturing at Liz Claiborne, Senior Vice President of Sourcing and Manufacturing at Carole Little, and Vice President roles at Bernard Chaus, Inc. and Imagine Inc. in Hong Kong. Paula began their career as a designer at Mark Stuart after earning a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design from the University of Delaware in 1982.
