Naveen Kumar is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in structured trade finance and commercial banking. Currently serving as Head of TSF Origination and Supply Chain Solutions for South Asia at Olam Agri since September 2019, Naveen has successfully developed a supply chain solutions business and a trade finance portfolio aimed at addressing liquidity challenges in the Ag-tech sector. Prior to this role, Naveen held key positions at HSBC and YES BANK, where responsibilities included commercial banking origination, managing high-level client relationships, and leading teams to generate significant commercial loan portfolios. Naveen's early career included corporate finance and marketing internships, supported by an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.
