Carolyne Soper, DBA has a extensive work experience in the field of economics and education. Carolyne started their career as an AVP Customer Service Manager at People's United Bank in 2002 and worked there until 2010. In 2008, they joined Lincoln College of New England/Briarwood College where they served as the Business Department Chair and Assistant Professor. In 2017, Carolyne moved on to become an Assistant Professor of Economics at Central Connecticut State University, and later advanced to the role of Associate Professor in 2021. In 2020, they also took on a position as the Managing Director of Learning Strategies & Delivery at Ola Solutions Group. Carolyne has demonstrated expertise in teaching, management, and finance throughout their career.

Carolyne Soper, DBA, obtained a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Carolyne also holds an MBA in Business Administration from Western New England University and a BS in International Trade & Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Psychology of Financial Planning Specialistā„¢ from the Financial Psychology InstituteĀ® in October 2023.
