Laurence Leong is an experienced leader in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Scaled Customer Success at Okta since 2024. Previously, Leong held the position of Head of Americas Account Management and Renewals at Jamf, where responsibility included renewal revenue and efficiency. At Wandera, a Jamf company, Leong was the Vice President of Customer Success, focusing on retention and upsell, contributing to a successful $400M acquisition by Jamf. Leong also served as the Vice President of Customer and Partner Success at SugarCRM, transforming customer success strategies for a global customer base. Earlier in a career spanning over two decades at IBM, Leong held various roles, including Program Director of Alliances and Business Unit Programs and DB2 Development Manager. Leong holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
