Erin Baudo Felter serves as the Vice President of Social Impact & Sustainability at Okta, Inc., having joined the company in 2017 to develop Okta for Good into a robust ESG, social impact, and sustainability function. Previously, Erin held the role of Executive Director at Zynga.org, where leadership focused on leveraging games for social change and building employee social impact programs. Prior experience includes positions as a Marketing Manager at Yahoo! for Good, overseeing CSR programs, and a Manager of Corporate Responsibility at Warner Bros., managing philanthropy and sustainability initiatives. Erin Baudo Felter holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Anthropology and Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, with a Minor in Computer Science.
