Claire Heatherly is a Principal Technical Program Manager at Okta, responsible for leading Federal programs since April 2022. Prior to this role, Claire served as the Government Cloud Program Management Director at Salesforce, where strategic planning for new Government Cloud environments and compliance was a focus from January 2018 to April 2022. Claire also held positions as Government Cloud Senior Program Manager and Government Cloud Program Manager, delivering Salesforce’s first FedRAMP High compliant cloud environment. Claire's career began at Boeing, where various engineering roles in Flight, Network, and Data Systems were held from June 2012 to January 2018. Claire holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
