Chloé Garel is an experienced professional in change management and coaching, currently serving as a Founding Member and Advisor at OKRmentors since January 2024. Chloé co-founded A Tribe Called GaaM in 2021, focusing on change management and facilitation. Previous roles include Change Management Coach at Spindle (2019-2021), Directrice Conseil at Rosbeef! (2016-2019), and Directrice Conseil at SID LEE (2013-2016), with accounts involving major clients such as Banque Nationale. Earlier experiences include advisory positions at Cossette, Sgm agence, and Komunik, managing projects for clients like Aeroplan and Cirque du Soleil. Chloé holds a Master’s in Management from EDHEC Business School and several coaching qualifications, including a Coach ACC credential from Coaching Ways France.
