Paul Gutierrez is an experienced construction professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Project Director at Okland Construction since April 2008, Paul has previously held significant leadership roles including Principal at Hillside Associates Inc. from 2004 to 2011, Principal and VP of Construction at Tweed River Homes, LLC from 2002 to 2008, and VP of Hotel Development/Construction at American Skiing Company from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, Paul began a career in construction management as a Construction Manager at SKI Ltd. from 1987 to 1997.
