Shawn Cherian is a Measurement Systems Specialist I at Oklahoma Natural Gas Company since July 2014, skilled in applications such as MMS, PGAS, Advantica, BillGen, and FlowCal, and adept at editing, importing, and exporting data related to measurement systems. Prior to this role, Shawn worked at Cox Communications from September 2005 to August 2014, serving as a Customer Service Representative III and a Customer Satisfaction Analyst, where responsibilities included error reporting, customer account management, and quality control. Shawn also provided technical support and mentoring for new representatives in the Technical Service Representative role. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
