Stephanie Mavredes has an extensive work experience history. Stephanie began their career at Sprint in 2010, working as a Technical Support Specialist until February 2012. In February 2012, they joined the Oklahoma Health Care Authority as a Provider Representative and later transitioned into the role of Provider Education Specialist in November 2012. Stephanie then served as a Sr. Policy Specialist from July to December 2018, followed by a role as a Project Manager from December 2018 to January 2020. Stephanie then became the Manager of Strategic Improvement from January 2020 to May 2021. Stephanie then moved on to the position of Manager of Managed Care Plan Compliance from May 2021 to August 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director for SoonerSelect Operations at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.

Stephanie Mavredes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, with a field of study in General Human Services, from Old Dominion University. Stephanie attended the university from 2004 to 2007.
