Paula Printup-Porter is an experienced professional in systems analysis and public relations, currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority since February 1998. In this role, Paula manages systems for all Oklahoma Medicaid contracted and internal call centers and serves as the MITA BARB representative for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Prior to this, Paula owned Corporate Communications and provided consultancy in public relations across various industries, and worked as a Public Relations Manager at Market Power, Inc., where responsibilities included managing public relations and advertising efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Hays & Associates, focusing on medical clients, and holding the position of Chief of Internal Information & Media Relations at the 28th Air Division Public Affairs-AWACS, where Paula oversaw internal and public information programs. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Mass Communications from Southern Nazarene University.
