Bente Nordeide is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as VP People & Organisation at OKEA ASA since December 2018. Expertise includes culture and leadership development, strategic HR, and employee relations, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and HR policy formulation. Prior to OKEA ASA, Bente held various roles at A/S Norske Shell, including HR Policy Team Lead and ER/IR advisor, focusing on industrial relations, labour law, and organizational change. Bente's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from NTNU Trondheim and recent studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
